Anna died in 1926 from Influenza.

1928 records show that Mrs. Clara Stumm was registered to the address, although it is unclear whether or not she was the landlord or not. There is record of her in the 1920 or 1930 census in Llanerch.

Elizabeth died in 1956. She was the mother of Rev. Charles H. Davis, a pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church. Chester passed away in Upper Darby 2 years later. The land was then given to their daughter Dorothy and son Charles. It went on auction despite Florence Golds' tenancy.

By 1966, John & Doris Croff resided in the house, perhaps the purchasers from the auction. Croff was a fireman & suffered an injury in 1969 when he fell through the roof of Manoa Shopping Center in Havertown when fighting a fire there.

Doris Croff is still listed as a resident in 1976 in her father William Metzfield's obituary. The house was put on sale by her in 1978 for $69,000 and was still on sale until December 1979, when it sold to John Connell for $62,000. It was sold in by John 2002 for $300,000.
